Linux Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Linux Systems Engineer, the fully remote position will design, develop, and support infrastructure tooling for AWS environments while administering large-scale Linux systems and enhancing virtualized infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and support infrastructure tooling for AWS provisioning and management
- Administer and optimize large-scale Linux systems in data center and cloud environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to automate infrastructure deployment and troubleshoot complex issues
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise Linux systems engineering or infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration and automation
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and enterprise storage solutions
- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud provisioning in AWS
