Listing Verification Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Listing Verification Specialist will verify seller information, confirm readiness to proceed, and maintain accurate records for an online car auction marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Review seller documents for authenticity and accuracy, including titles and registration records
- Manage the Submitted queue, moving qualified listings to Listed while addressing any discrepancies
- Communicate with U.S. sellers via calls and texts to confirm details and collect missing information
Required qualifications
- Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
- Experience with outbound calls and texts
- Strong prioritization skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
