Literacy Success Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the successful implementation of Ignite Reading's program, the full-time remote Literacy Success Partner will manage a portfolio of partner districts and schools, focusing on onboarding, renewals, and in-year expansions while ensuring high-quality experiences for students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead district and school onboarding, ensuring smooth project transitions and adherence to KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school and district partners, providing responsive support and leading impact meetings
• Own the renewal process and identify in-year expansion opportunities to maximize student impact and partner engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in literacy instruction, coaching, or school-based support roles
• Familiarity with foundational literacy skills and instructional best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom
• Experience in account management, renewals, or growing existing customer relationships preferred
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
