Job Summary
Managing a diverse range of litigation matters, the full-time remote Litigation Counsel will handle commercial disputes, complex litigation, and third-party subpoenas while collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising business leaders on dispute strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee disputes and litigation from pre-suit demand through resolution, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Support the defense of complex litigation cases and provide preventive solutions to mitigate litigation risks
- Advise on employment-related litigation and collaborate with the Senior Employment Counsel on various employment matters
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a practicing litigation attorney
- Experience managing a docket of commercial disputes, including pleadings and motion practice
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising executives
- General working knowledge of e-discovery and legal hold practices
