Job Summary
To support a highly-regarded AmLaw firm, the fully remote Litigation Docketing Analyst will manage the accuracy of litigation deadlines and maintain the integrity of the firm's master calendar while residing in CST, MST, or PST time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately input case information into the electronic calendaring system, focusing on Compulaw
- Calculate, enter, and format case events and deadlines by applying relevant court rules
- Advise attorneys of upcoming dates and respond to inquiries regarding calendared events and rules
Required qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of dedicated experience as a Docketing Clerk or Analyst, specifically in litigation docketing
- Minimum of five years of experience using calendaring software, including Compulaw and Milana
- Thorough familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules, procedures, and practices
- Bachelor's degree preferred
