Job Summary
To support the eDiscovery needs of in-house and outside counsel, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will manage best practices related to eDiscovery and provide paralegal support on various litigation matters, all in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on eDiscovery, overseeing legal holds, evidence collections, and data processing projects
- Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and collaborate with litigators to implement effective processes and technologies
- Assist attorneys with litigation tasks including correspondence, pleadings, legal research, and preparation for meetings and trials
Required qualifications
- Three years of experience as a certified paralegal or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of paralegal experience in litigation
- Substantive experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
- Thorough understanding of data processing tools and eDiscovery challenges
- Experience with document review platforms
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
