Job Summary
To support innovative legal practices, the full-time remote Litigation Practice Innovation Attorney will enhance legal service delivery through workflow optimization, technology adoption, and knowledge management while collaborating with attorneys and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers, providing strategic advice on innovation and knowledge management
- Develop and maintain practice-specific knowledge assets, including workflows, templates, and databases to improve efficiency and client value
- Lead training and support initiatives to promote the adoption of innovative practices and technology among attorneys and staff
Required qualifications
- J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations
- Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, and knowledge management principles
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, innovative mindset
