Owning the end-to-end live training program, the full-time Live Class Program Manager will identify topics, source top instructors, manage onboarding, ensure class delivery, and drive commercial growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the live class topic pipeline by identifying and validating topics that resonate with the audience
- Hunt for and onboard the best instructors, managing the entire instructor lifecycle from outreach to class delivery
- Own the quality assurance process for instructors, continuously improving session ratings and feedback mechanisms
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or commercial operations
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and ability to engage with senior practitioners
