LLM Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To build, automate, and scale machine learning delivery pipelines on the Lakehouse, the full-time LLM Operations Engineer will manage the model lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring, while collaborating with leadership and data engineers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Databricks workspaces, clusters, and governance policies
• Implement robust data pipelines and operationalize ML models using MLflow and Feature Store
• Establish scalable CI/CD processes and ensure compliance with security best practices

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of MLOps/ML Engineering/Platform Engineering experience in Databricks
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks tools including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow
• Strong Python engineering skills and familiarity with Spark (PySpark) and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and understanding of data/machine learning pipeline design
