LMS and Digital Product Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing digital training initiative, the full-time salaried LMS and Digital Product Administrator will manage the Learning Management System, ensure quality assurance for digital learning tools, and provide end-user support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of JED's Digital Learning ecosystem, including course configuration and user access management
• Conduct quality assurance testing for the digital learning ecosystem and collaborate with instructional designers on SCORM package integration
• Pull training data, audit course completions, and support data analysis to enhance the user experience of JED's training programs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of LMS and Digital Product administration experience, including end-user training and support
• Knowledge of virtual instructor-led training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., LearnUpon) and authoring systems (e.g., RISE/Articulate)
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
