Job Summary
Leading the administration and optimization of Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager, the full-time hybrid LMS Support Consultant will provide strategic consulting, system configuration, and stakeholder advisory services to enhance digital learning experiences and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager, balancing hands-on management with strategic consulting
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions that align with business objectives and improve learner performance
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to troubleshoot platform issues and support system updates and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager
