Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Closing Processor II to coordinate and lead closing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor team production to ensure timely and accurate document processing
- Review and recommend approval of commitment requirements such as property insurance and title reports
- Provide training and technical support to Loan Processors and Loan Closing Coordinators
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 3 years' experience in a high-volume word-processing environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF
- Ability to work onsite up to 5 days per week
- Associate degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred
