Loan Negotiator

Job Summary

Managing a book of clients, the full-time Loan Negotiator will negotiate settlements on outstanding debts, consult with clients on loan benefits, and ensure successful program graduation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed production targets for loan originations, settlements, and program fees
• Negotiate lump sum settlements on behalf of clients and maintain exceptional conversions through the lending pipeline
• Communicate transparently with clients via phone, email, and text to identify the best solutions for their needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to CRM systems
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player with a strong work ethic
