Job Summary
Supporting the Loan Originator, the full-time Loan Partner (Non-Licensed) will assist prospective clients through the loan approval and closing process while helping to establish relationships with third-party business partners, with the flexibility of onsite, remote, or hybrid work in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Loan Originator
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documents are accurately completed in Encompass
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with third-party partners like real estate agents and title companies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage sales experience
- Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loan products
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and AUS system
