Job Summary

To lead a team in a dynamic environment, the full-time salaried Loan Processing Manager will oversee internal and external communications, manage document collection and compliance processes, and support the professional development of direct reports while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all processing activities and communications
• Manage pipeline activities for direct reports, ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are met
• Provide ongoing support and development for team members through regular feedback and coaching sessions
