To support the Loss Mitigation department, the full-time Loan Processor I - IL Licensed will manage a pipeline of loan applications, correspond with parties regarding required documents, and ensure timely delivery of completed loan packages while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of files within required timelines and protocols
- Correspond with all parties regarding required documents and timeframes, including outside vendors
- Prepare and review loan packages for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to specialists
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years working knowledge of loan origination processing
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms
- Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
