Loan Servicing and Collections Director

Job Summary

To support the growth of an unsecured personal loan portfolio, the remote Associate Director, Loan Servicing and Collections will manage the end-to-end post-origination loan lifecycle, design operational processes, and lead teams focused on servicing, collections, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the servicing and collections operating model, translating forecasts into staffing and process plans
• Lead day-to-day loan servicing operations, ensuring service-level standards and borrower experience design
• Direct the full delinquency lifecycle and develop loss-mitigation programs to reduce net losses

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer lending operations, with 4+ years in servicing and/or collections leadership
• Experience building or scaling servicing or collections functions
• Deep knowledge of consumer-lending and debt-collection regulations
• Proven track record of leading multi-layer teams and achieving performance targets
• Hands-on experience with technology platforms related to servicing and collections
