Providing ongoing support for special loan products, the full-time Loan Servicing Specialist will manage documentation and compliance for loan modifications, adjustable-rate mortgages, and SCRA adjustments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review service release loans and maintain ARM contracts and indexes
- Audit loan servicing portfolios for SCRA compliance and process related documentation
- Assist with special loan-related inquiries and ensure accurate system updates for compliance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience
- Familiarity with special loan product types and documentation
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- One year of experience with special loan product types or mortgage documentation preferred
