Loans and Distributions Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the fully remote Loans and Distributions Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate processing of participant requests while managing workloads and performance in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Loans and Distributions team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Oversee the daily processing of participant loan and distribution requests, ensuring timely completion within established targets
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, maintaining strong relationships with recordkeepers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in processing retirement plan loans and distributions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plan documents and applicable IRS and DOL regulations
• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume processing environments
• Familiarity with major retirement plan recordkeepers and platforms such as PensionPro and FT William is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to team development and customer service
