Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Loans and Distributions Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in retirement plan management, this fully remote position will ensure accurate processing of loans and distributions, resolve participant issues, and provide exceptional customer service while managing relationships with recordkeepers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inflow of requests and ensure timely processing of distributions and loans
- Assist participants and resolve issues related to loan and distribution processing
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and documentation review
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents
- Experience in a high-volume processing environment
- General understanding of plan document language
- Familiarity with recordkeepers such as Empower, Voya, and John Hancock is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
