Local Government Relations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting network expansion initiatives, the full-time Local Government Relations Manager will build and maintain relationships with local governments and community leaders, navigate permitting and construction coordination, and provide local insights to internal teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with local leadership to resolve permitting, right-of-way, and construction issues in a timely manner
• Cultivate strategic relationships with community and government officials to gain support for initiatives
• Establish connections with local chambers of commerce and community groups to address construction-related concerns

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer support-centric environment
• Experience working with local governments and agencies on right-of-way and permitting processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
