Job Summary
Leading a team in a designated region, the full-time Local Manager will drive operational excellence in the installation and maintenance of residential and business network services while fostering a customer-first culture and collaborating with various departments to support business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Instill customer ownership and support employees in meeting customer needs by removing barriers and streamlining processes
- Ensure operational proficiency by holding the team accountable for results through coaching and performance management
- Engage with the community to promote the company's vision and leverage relationships for business retention and growth
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, and data networking
- Basic understanding of FTTH and DSL installation and repair
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
