Job Summary
To drive local lead generation and rental growth across FreeUp Storage facilities, the full-time Local Marketing & Partnerships Specialist will identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with businesses and community organizations while executing local marketing initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to generate 15-20 qualified partnership opportunities per month
- Execute targeted local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and support rental growth
- Maintain an organized partnership pipeline with accurate CRM documentation and timely follow-up
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership marketing, or B2B sales
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and developing business relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and prospecting tools to manage outreach activities
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of advancing partnership opportunities
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses, preferably while conducting outreach from the Philippines
