Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the contracted to full-time LogicMonitor Consultant will assess and optimize monitoring environments, implement self-service capabilities, and develop automation solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess clients' existing LogicMonitor and PagerDuty environments, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements
- Redesign and optimize monitoring configurations, alert thresholds, dashboards, and escalation workflows
- Develop automation and reusable monitoring templates to enhance self-service monitoring capabilities for engineering teams
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with LogicMonitor administration, configuration, and architecture
- Experience with PagerDuty integrations, incident management, and alert routing
- Proven ability to redesign enterprise monitoring environments and implement automation
- Solid understanding of Windows/Linux, VMware, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with scripting, REST APIs, and monitoring integrations
