Logistics Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Logistics Agent will manage and monitor patient account workflows, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of account concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patient account workflows to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
• Identify and troubleshoot stalled accounts, processing delays, and workflow issues impacting patient orders
• Collaborate with customer service and other internal teams to resolve account concerns and maintain accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, operations, or patient support is preferred
