Job Summary
Supporting daily logistics operations, the full-time Logistics Analyst with Secret Clearance will process logistics transactions, maintain accurate inventory and fleet records, and prepare operational reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily logistics transactions, including receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments
- Support warehouse inventory control activities, including cycle counts and shipping operations
- Maintain fleet records and assist with GSA fleet coordination and documentation
Required qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Ability to learn ERP and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo/MAS 8 or SAP
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
