Job Summary
Leading end-to-end forecasting and capacity alignment processes, the full-time remote Logistics and Demand Planning Director will ensure accurate demand signals and data-driven supply chain decisions to optimize patient availability and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the demand plan for Life Sciences and Diagnostics, integrating data from various sources and leading monthly consensus alignment meetings
- Lead global capacity modeling and identify constraints to align capacity utilization with revenue expectations
- Drive the S&OP process, ensuring alignment of demand, inventory, capacity, and financial targets across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain, with expertise in demand and capacity planning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of GxP/GDP, clinical supply chain, and regulated distribution networks
- Demonstrated leadership in S&OP processes and proficiency with advanced forecasting tools and ERP/APS systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level influencing skills
