Logistics and Inventory Manager

Job Summary

To support Neat's international growth, the fully remote Logistics and Inventory Manager will manage international logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and oversee inventory management across multiple countries while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and third-party logistics providers
• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and accuracy within logistics partner locations
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory data, utilizing systems for operational improvement and reporting

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in international logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or countries
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
