Logistics and Master Data Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing health and wellness company, the full-time remote Logistics and Master Data Specialist will manage logistics coordination, oversee master data accuracy, and ensure efficient inventory operations across suppliers and 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, receiving, and fulfillment activities while monitoring shipment accuracy and schedules
• Own the creation and maintenance of item, product, and vendor master data across ERP and warehouse systems
• Support inventory accuracy through reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies, partnering with Supply Chain for timely operations

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing master data within an ERP, WMS, or similar system
• Strong understanding of SKU management and its impact on inventory and fulfillment
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions like XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or freight partners
