Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary
To support supply chain operations, the remote Logistics Coordinator will optimize load scheduling, improve visibility, and resolve logistics issues while collaborating with various teams in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate shipments, focusing on automation and process efficiency
- Manage equipment and service needs, providing timely ETA updates to business partners
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues that could impact service or cost
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field (preferred)
