Job Summary
Supporting Integrated Product Support activities, the full-time Logistics Documentation Specialist will prepare and maintain logistics documentation, coordinate supportability analyses, and assist with lifecycle sustainment planning for deployable SATCOM terminal systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of Integrated Product Support Plans (IPSPs) and In-Service Support Plans (ISSPs)
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, shipment records, and material movement records
- Coordinate repair activities and monitor inventory levels and supplier performance
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent military logistics experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or Integrated Product Support
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or military programs
- Familiarity with logistics support analysis and lifecycle sustainment planning
- Experience collaborating with technical and engineering teams in complex program environments
