Job Summary

Managing multiple accounts remotely, the full-time salaried Group Logistics Manager I will oversee financial and operational aspects while ensuring profitable business growth and high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports, providing ongoing feedback and career development
• Develop and maintain location processes while ensuring staff is trained in Transportation/Distribution Management
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPIs, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management
• 3 years of experience managing customer KPIs
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing logistics solutions
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
