Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of logistics operations, the full-time remote Logistics Manager will manage day-to-day freight forwarder interactions, coordinate facility transfers, and ensure shipment visibility while driving process improvements and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with freight forwarders for bookings, exception escalations, and performance follow-ups
• Coordinate the handoff from forwarder to drayage, ensuring seamless cargo movement
• Lead exception and incident management, resolving issues proactively and efficiently

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or shipper-side logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of international freight, including ocean and air freight operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage exceptions and escalations in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data management using Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with customs and trade compliance workflows, including ISF and CBP processes
