Job Summary

Executing tactical day-to-day transportation operations, the full-time Logistics Operations Specialist will manage shipments, ensure adherence to sourcing strategies, and resolve service issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations for assigned business areas, ensuring compliance with routing guides and sourcing strategies
• Organize and consolidate shipments, monitor on-time delivery, and resolve service issues with carriers
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders and support the development of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant logistics or transportation experience
• Knowledge of transportation industries and logistics operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (E2Open preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
