Logistics Program Executive

Job Summary

To support a national program focused on strategic customer operations, the remote Logistics Program Executive will manage a large-scale contingent labor program, overseeing the delivery of a distributed flight operations workforce while ensuring adherence to operational KPIs and program methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic delivery of ground crew and loader workforce across decentralized retail launch sites, tracking operational KPIs
• Ensure adherence to program methodologies, including quality checklists and financial workbooks, while monitoring successful execution across various metrics
• Manage strategic partnerships with delivery leadership and hold vendor teams accountable for staffing SLAs, including fill rates and worker retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent operational leadership experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in aviation ground handling, 3PL, or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
• At least 10+ years of related experience in senior delivery, program management, or operational roles, with a proven track record in managing complex programs
• Experience managing large-scale contingent labor programs, working with staffing agencies to source and retain high volumes of workers
• Preferred certifications in Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30, or Project Management Professional (PMP) status
