Logistics Project Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting field operations, the temporary Logistics Project Specialist will manage consignment inventory, trunk stock, tools, and test equipment while collaborating with various teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, working remotely for a duration of 9 to 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inventory support to field service personnel and internal partners through phone and online assistance
- Coordinate and execute annual physical inventory activities, including scheduling, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Research and resolve inventory-related issues, partnering with logistics, finance, and field management teams to improve inventory accuracy
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain support
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
