Logistics Project Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the part-time Logistics Project Specialist will manage consignment inventory, trunk stock, tools, and test equipment while supporting field operations and ensuring inventory accuracy in a remote role after initial onboarding in Cary, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inventory support to field service personnel and internal partners through phone and online assistance
- Coordinate and execute annual physical inventory activities, including scheduling, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Research and resolve inventory-related issues, partnering with logistics, finance, and field management teams to improve accuracy
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and adaptable to workflow changes
