Job Summary

To support a large logistics and transportation organization, the contract Logistics Recruiter will manage high-volume recruiting initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and utilize established tools to enhance hiring efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with operations leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms to drive recruitment efforts and improve hiring velocity

Required qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operationally intensive industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisition loads while ensuring quality of hire
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including stakeholder management
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
