Logistics Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced in logistics, the full-time Logistics Specialist will assist with medical device fulfillment for a remote cardiac and pulmonary rehab program, managing inventory monitoring and resolving issues related to lost, damaged, billing, and delivery for patients.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory for cardiac and pulmonary rehab devices, ensuring adequate stock levels across all programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients experiencing issues related to lost items, damaged items, delivery delays, or billing problems
- Investigate and resolve delivery and shipping issues in coordination with carrier partners and troubleshoot fulfillment problems
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory or warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
- Experience working with shipping carriers and resolving delivery/billing disputes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
