Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

To support end-to-end transportation operations, the full-time hourly Logistics Specialist will manage the shipment lifecycle, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely communication with customers while working in a hybrid environment based in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage the Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage the full order lifecycle, including load building and execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to drive exceptional on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Analyze performance trends and proactively resolve transportation challenges to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Ability to communicate effectively with shippers, receivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Experience in managing shipment data integrity and resolving system errors
• Proven ability to apply transportation knowledge to support execution excellence
