Job Summary

Supporting the efficient flow of shipments, the full-time Logistics Support Specialist will facilitate communication between drivers, vendors, and customers while coordinating pickups and deliveries in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication and documentation, responding to inquiries and reviewing shipment accuracy
• Schedule and coordinate new order requests, ensuring alignment with customer and vendor requirements
• Monitor active shipments, track air waybills and flights, and manage disruptions to maintain service continuity

Required qualifications
