Job Summary
Analyzing long-term housing placements for accuracy, the full-time Long Term Housing Billing Specialist will manage accounting functions and invoice processing within the D365 Accounting platform while working remotely with a home office setup.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze long-term housing placements for accuracy before uploading to the D365 Accounting platform
- Enter revenue fees and long-term housing invoices into the D365 system using both manual and automated methods
- Prepare files for monthly invoice runs and respond to billing-related inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with insurance billing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ACT program is a plus
