Leading enterprise BI modernization initiatives, the Senior Looker Subject Matter Expert will architect scalable analytics platforms and drive migrations from Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI to Looker in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Looker architecture, governance, and implementation programs
- Design and manage LookML semantic models, Explores, views, and reusable analytics assets
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on dimensional modeling and data warehouse design
Required qualifications
- Expert-level Looker and LookML experience
- Strong expertise in BigQuery
- Experience migrating Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, or Power BI to Looker
- Strong SQL expertise
- Deep understanding of Looker Semantic Layer architecture
