Job Summary
Leading a team of Loss Adjusters, the fully remote Loss Adjuster Team Manager will oversee performance, manage a portfolio of claims, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Loss Adjusters to drive performance against operational and financial targets
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while providing technical guidance on complex matters
- Review and approve reports for technical accuracy and compliance, while monitoring workloads to meet service level agreements
Required qualifications
- Vast experience in loss adjusting or claims management, ideally with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing claims and delivering results in a fee-earning environment
- CILA and/or CII qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and approving loss adjuster reports
- Eligible to work in the UK
