Loss Control Service Advocate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the remote Loss Control Regulatory Service Advocate will support the Home Office Underwriting team by coordinating inspection requests, reviewing vendor reports for accuracy, and ensuring efficient billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign inspection requests from Underwriters to external vendors
• Review inspection reports for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Conduct monthly invoice and billing reviews to validate charges and ensure accuracy

Required qualifications

• Experience in insurance, underwriting support, billing analysis, or administrative operations is a plus
• Basic understanding of property and liability exposures across various business segments preferred
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
