Job Summary
To enhance the quality of behavioral health services, the full-time remote Louisiana Licensed Behavioral Health Advisor will partner with providers and health systems to improve performance metrics, support evidence-based workflows, and facilitate data exchange initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive improvement in behavioral health quality measures and support provider accountability
- Serve as the primary liaison for behavioral health performance initiatives and manage transition-of-care processes
- Enhance interoperability and data-sharing capabilities across the behavioral health provider network
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or provider relations
- In-depth knowledge of HEDIS, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
- Licensed Allied Health Professional, Registered Nurse, or LPN
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel or data visualization software
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/clinical training and licensure
