Job Summary

Handling a diverse and challenging caseload, the full-time Louisiana Licensed Defense Litigation Associate will collaborate with a high-performing team on complex litigation matters, including general liability and product liability cases, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload independently while ensuring high-quality work
• Draft complex legal documents, including opinions, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct depositions, file analysis, and witness interviews to support litigation efforts

Required qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Louisiana Bar and in good standing
• At least 2 years of defense litigation experience in relevant areas
• Experience in drafting legal documents and managing multiple cases efficiently
• Strong academic background with excellent writing skills
• Ability to handle a rigorous caseload independently
