Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Louisiana Licensed Medicare Agent will assist seniors in navigating Medicare coverage options, leveraging provided leads and resources to build a successful independent business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to seniors on Medicare enrollment and coverage options
• Utilize provided leads and technology to facilitate sales and client relationships
• Complete training through Connie Academy and achieve sales milestones for bonuses

Required qualifications

• Active health license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• New to Medicare, with less than one year of prior Medicare sales experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
