Job Summary

Motivated salespeople will find a fully remote opportunity as a Louisiana Licensed Medicare Agent, where they will receive training and support to help seniors navigate Medicare while building their own business through commission-based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize provided leads to sell Medicare and Life insurance products
• Complete training through Connie Academy, covering Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Receive coaching and support from a Market Lead while reaching sales milestones

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, insurance, or inside sales
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary, but candidates should be new to the field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
• Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
