Job Summary
Supporting the highest standards of practice performance and quality, the full-time hybrid Louisiana Licensed Practice Advisor will identify quality improvement areas, partner with provider practices to implement strategies, and drive positive patient care outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance care quality and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with provider practices to drive positive outcomes in patient care delivery
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance healthcare quality and compliance with standards
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel or data visualization software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
